BHAGWAT GITA-IMPORTANT SLOKAS.

FIRST CONCENTRATE ON SRI YANTRA untill u see point-
Photo: SRI YANTRA. Why? How? What?

Dear brothers and sisters, we all are to benefit immensely in our journey to this planet by realizing the scriptures and sermons in particular. Please don’t scroll fast. Let us realize it for a permanent place in our thought process. Bhagavat Gita is a software to program every human being (7 Billion today) for betterment. We can call it like a “call program”. Easily understandable each verse has an expansion in shruti (Vedas and Upanishads) or looking from the other side click one verse, it will download some part from Vedas or Upanishads. In this process, we, who have started this divine journey, will keep on feeling lifted from our existing mental position. The thumb rule is, we have to own the sermon/instruction/commandment of our Divine Creator. That should run in our blood. When we will own the whole Bhagavat Gita (All 18 chapters) we will be a different person altogether, be sure.

Keep an eye on the posts already made, talk on those divine sermons loud and clear with your associates. After all it gives value to your life since Almighty say so. Check the verse, BG 18:68, "S/he who will describe this supreme confidential knowledge to my devotees with supreme devotion to me will undoubtedly attain me". So share this divine knowledge with all.

Why mediation? What we are to gain should come to your mind. It has two dimensions, 1. Material gain: memory and concentration 2. Spiritual gain: controlling the senses. We are to give you scientific reasoning for better understanding which is discovered recently.

With respect to current era and we being the inhabitant of present era, we need scientific proof. Precisely and here it is…

We learn from scientific journals that our brain has two parts, left and right. Left brain has the control on our logical, sequential, analytical, numbers etc. and Right brain has the control on colors, rhythm, picture i.e. broadly creativity. Like heart, brain has wave patters (measured by EEG, we know) with measurable frequency. Please find underneath in the picture on the division of brain waves. Once you concentrate (meditate) by chanting “Gayatri” and then sitting quiet with the defined posture sermoned by our Divine Creator, the wave starts getting from existing to lower. Usually we are in beta wave. Alpha wave has further lower frequency from beta. On reaching “theta wave”, lower of alpha, we get a calm meditative mind. In two sides of the brain (left and right) the waves happen separately and when they happen together is called synchronization (a deeply alert concentrated mind). This is the situation sermoned by our Creator which gives a mind to concentrate better and control the senses. Just think what science discovered few years back is disclosed by our Divine Creator thousands of years ago when He created us. HE IS KNOWER OF EVERYTHING, BECAUSE HE IS THE DIVINE ENGINEER OF EVERYTHING.

Conclude here with one verse of Almighty from Bhagavat Gita, 2:66, “One who has unstable mind and has no control over his senses can neither have transcendental intelligence nor can have any sense of duty. Such person with an unstable mind cannot have peace and is always in sadness. How can there be any happiness without peace?” ALMIGHTY IS SUPREME.

Now let us concentrate what Sri Yantra does to our brain waves and what exactly we have to do.

Sitting on a comfortable position and in a relaxed state we have to look at the dot at the center. The attention will be diverting towards geometric figures. The activity of two sides of the brain will be increased initially and communication between two will take place. The constant looking at the center dot will decrease the movement of vision from the triangles and finally the triangles will fade out and only green dot will be visible and the base will be seen white. Now the waves have started happening together which is called synergy. Also one should feel a hum (OM) sound if concentrated upto correct level and without deviation. Then close eyes for a while. Your power of mind increased for sure.

OM.

Atman : unborn, eternal, permanent, primeval. Bhagavad Gita 2:20.
Never the Spirit was born;The Spirit will cease to be never;
Never was time it was not; End and Beginning are dreams;
Birthless and Deathless and Changeless remaineth the Spirit forever;
Death has no touched it at all, dead though the house of it seems.

One who had fallen from Yoga (path of righteous action) is carried to the goal (which s/he intended to reach in his previous birth), by the force of the impressions of his/her past Yogic practices, though s/he may be unconscious of it and may not be willing to adopt the course of Yogic discipline due to the force of some evil Karma.

--Prerequisites in self to do a perfect meditation (yog).
Photo: OM. Namaste.

In previous post we have learnt from Bhagavad Gita on how to meditate. Fasting is one of our rituals before offering prayer. Meditation/yog is a method to become tranquil with the Divinity. A whole chapter is revealed by Almighty in HIS revelation Bhagavad Gita. Now let us check what are the prerequisites in self to do a perfect meditation (yog).

Please share in your wall to let many know the truth. Let us say no to myths and ideas of human being when we have the same from our Divine Creator, The All Knower.

-Meditation in BHAGAVAD GITA.

6:10. Let the Yogi try constantly to keep the mind steady, remaining in solitude, alone, with the mind and the body controlled, and free from hope and greed.

6:11. In a clean spot, having established a firm seat of his own, neither too high nor too low, made of a cloth, a skin and kusha grass, one over the other,

6:12. There, having made the mind one-pointed, with the actions of the mind and the senses controlled, let him, seated on the seat, practise Yoga for the purification of the self.

6:13. Let him firmly hold his body, head and neck erect and perfectly still, gazing at the tip of his nose, without looking around.

6:14. Serene-minded, fearless, firm in the vow of a Brahmachari, having controlled the mind, thinking of Me and balanced in mind, let him sit, having Me as his supreme goal.

REBIRTH AND ENERGY BALANCE-
One must be aware of the information that soul is nothing but energy. Now let us look at how SCIENCE itself clearly proves:
1. REBIRTH
2. Immortality and Eternity of soul.
Since there is nothing immortal except God, soul, being immortal, is undoubtedly a part of God that's why it is immortal, unborn and eternal.
Photo: Many people criticize and debate on REBIRTH. Abrahamic religions disgrace and disapprove Rebirth whereas the eternal Sanatan Dharm approves it.
The Abrahamics and the atheists ask for SCIENTIFIC proof of Soul being immortal and about rebirth. Here we bring for you the answer.

IDOL WORSHIPPERS-

Are the Hindus worshiping the idol for the idol?

No, Hindus worship the ideal (Almighty) behind the idol. The commandment by Almighty on worshiping to a for...m/manifestation/image/idol/picture is given in Bhagavad Gita in chapter 12.
Let us find HIS ORDINANCE in Bhagavad Gita on meditating and remember HIM (Almighty) through any and every path/idol/image/picture.
Those whose wisdom has been rent away by this or that desire, go to other gods, following this or that rite, led by their own nature. BG 7:20
Whatsoever form any devotee desires to worship with faith—that (same) faith of his I make firm and unflinching. BG 7:21
Endowed with that faith, he engages in the worship of that (form), and from it he obtains his desire, these being verily ordained by Me (alone). BG 7:22
Verily the reward (fruit) that accrues to those men of small intelligence is finite. The worshipers of the gods go to them, but My devotees come to Me. BG 7:23

Jnaanena tu tad ajnaanam yeshaam naashitam aatmanah;Teshaam aadityavaj jnaanam prakaashayati tatparam.

But, to those whose ignorance is destroyed by knowledge of the Self, like the sun,
knowledge reveals the Supreme (Brahman). Bhagavad Gita 5:16
When one is enlightened with the knowledge by his ignorance is destroyed, then his Knowledge reveals every thing in the daytime.-Bhagavad Gita, 5.16

Where Atman (soul) resides in our body and how can we separate that?

Where the liberated soul goes-He disclosed His Supreme Abode in Bhagavad Gita.We all get the light of wisdom and take the right path to achieve liberation. Be it the path of action, wisdom, mediation or devotion.Free from pride and delusion, victorious over the evil of attachment, dwelling constantly in the Self, their desires having completely turned away, freed from the pairs of opposites known as pleasure and pain, the undeluded reach the eternal goal”. BG 15:5

GITA EXPLAINS-DEMIGODS,GODS-
Lord reveals that a man who worships demigods, go to (or attain) the demigods; those who worship the ancestors, attain the ancestors and those who worship the ghosts, devils, demons, ghouls etc. ...attain the Satan but all of them fall in the cycle of life and death.
And Those Who Worship Me Attain Me, The Supreme and never ever take birth again and Never fall in the cycle of life and death.
We are also aware that only the Hindus worship Lord Krishna. Let us see whom do the others attain who worship The Supreme Being as a formless entity.
//

// (गीता: 12: 3-4)
(Oh! Arjuna) But, those who have controlled all their senses and meditate on the formless entity with one concentrated mind; those people who don’t discriminate and have impartial vision and intention for all the beings and are in the support of goodness for humanity, such hermit like men attain NON-OTHER than Me. (Gita: 12: 3-4)

How one can know which is predominant in self, sattva or rajo or tama. This is a test on self to determine next course of action. Read it. You will surely like it. This is truth. Words of Almighty.
SATTAV (good, noble), RAJO (passionate) ...and TAMA (ignorant), the knowledge of these three Gunas (virtues/qualities), which hold the entire universe and all creatures under their sway, is of vital importance to each and everyone for their progress and happiness in life.
The highest of the three qualities is Sattva. It is pure. It brings about happiness, wisdom and
illumination. The second quality of Rajo gives rise to passion manifested by intense
attachment and greed. It causes sorrow and suffering. The third, termed Tama, is the worst of all. It arises due to ignorance and results in darkness, lethargy and delusion.
Lord Krishna reveals that these three qualities compose the Cosmic Nature. This Cosmic
Nature is the primal source and origin of the entire creation and all things in it. Hence all things
created are subject to their influence and irresistible power. The individual soul also is bound to the body by these three qualities present in Cosmic Nature. The Supreme Being brings about creation through the help of His Prakriti (Nature) endowed with these threefold qualities.
The three Gunas are present in all human beings. None is free from the operation of any one of the three qualities. They are not constant. Sometimes Sattva predominates and at other times Rajos or Tamas predominates. One should analyse and stand as a witness of these three qualities.
Almighty declares in the Fourteenth Discourse i.e. Gunatraya-vibhaga-yoga in Bhagavad Gita, that one who rises beyond all the three Gunas through spiritual practices, becomes free from birth, death, old age and sorrow, and enjoys immortality.

OM TAT SAT.
What exactly this syllable says.
BG 17:23. “Om Tat Sat”: this has been declared to be the triple designation of Brahman. By that were created formerly the Brahmanas, the Vedas and the sacrifices".

When you go through the 30th verse of Gita: Chapter 6 you find the same thing:
"One who sees Me pervading in every entity in the form of soul and everything within Me, for him I am never unseen and hr is not unseen to Me"
(Gita:6:30)

About REBIRTH in Gita:
प्राप्य पुण्यकृतां लोकानुषित्वा शाश्वती: समा:
शुचीनां श्रीमतां गेहे योगभ्रष्टोsभिजायते॥
...
A man who walks on a path towards absolution and performs tasks to attain the same but with imperfection, due to several reasons, also achieves divine worlds (sanctified worlds) i.e. Heaven (and Brahmlok, Pitarlok etc.); remains (lives) there for years and takes birth (again) in the house(s) of good charactered (cultured) people.
Gita:6:41

The Lord tends to explain Arjuna about any man who walks on a path to reach the Almighty.
Lord says, "Oh Parth (Arjuna)! A man who walks on the path to reach God never gets destroyed either in this world or in the divine world(s) [after this world]. Oh Beloved! It is so because, a man who works for the purpose of attaining absolution/emanicipation i.e. attaining God, never falls or attains misery.
(Gita:6:40)

Almighty discloses in JNANAVIJNANAYOG (Chapter 7: Bhagavat Gita) that whatever exists is nothing but Himself. He is the cause of the appearance of the universe and all things in it. Everything is strung on Him like clusters of gems on a string. He is the essence, substance and substratum of everything, whether visible or invisible. Although everything is in Him, yet He transcends everything as the actionless Self. Prakriti or Nature is made up of the three Gunas or qualities—Sattwa, Rajas and Tamas. These three qualities delude the soul and make it forget its true nature, which is one with God. This delusion is termed Maya. As narrated by SWAMI SIVANANDA
.
